What is the shelf life of your products?

Our shelf life is 6-9 months after opening and 1 year-18 months if unopened. Store at room temperature.

Always be careful with your products (ours and any other natural brands). You want to avoid excessive heat (such as leaving products for any period of time in a very hot car). Even a product with the most effective preservatives will be adversely affected if left in high temperatures for say an hour or more.

Do you use parabens or any controversial preservatives?

We do not use parabens or any other preservatives that do not have an excellent safety record. Even products that use 100% natural ingredients need to be properly preserved if you want to avoid contamination. Products with no preservatives or those using only essential oils as preservatives would likely go bad after a few weeks. We use phenoxyethanol (INCI: phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin) which is used in many if not most natural skin care lines and is on the "Whole Foods Premium" approved listing for preservatives. So, rest assured that our preservatives are absolutely safe.

You say you do not use essential oils in your products. Are they bad?

While essential oils do possess properties that can be beneficial and provide a natural scent, some people develop adverse reactions such as irritation or an allergic response. Also, some people do not like the scents or find them overpowering. Our preference is to create fragrance free products to eliminate this potential issue.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back return or exchange. Please contact us within the 30 days to let us know that you would like to return your product. Please do not return any items unless you have contacted us first. We require that the product (s) be at least 50% full. We recommend that you use USPS Priority mail or some other option that gives you tracking information such as UPS, etc. You may also want to insure the returned item as we cannot be responsible if the package gets lost in the mail.

What types of payments do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and pay pal.

We also take Sezzle installment payments. Your payments will be broken up into 4 payments over a 6 week period. Easy to apply and no hard credit check is required. Minimum order eligible for Sezzle is $35.00 in the event that we run a sale.

What if I receive an order and the product (s) is damaged?

Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your package. Please send us a photo of the damaged item (s) and also a clear description of what the problem/damage is. After inspection, we will replace any item that has been damaged.

Do you have free samples?

We offer 1 free sample with each product purchase. So, if you buy one item, you can choose 1 item, if you purchase two items, you can choose 2 free samples. Please indicate which sample you would like in the comments section during the check-out process. We currently only offer free samples of our face cream and scrub/mask.

Are your products cruelty free, gluten free and vegan?

All of our products are cruelty free, gluten free and vegan.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer a flat rate for all US orders of $8.00 and a flat rate of $25.00 to Canada and most of Western Europe. We usually ship within 1-3 days after we receive your order. If you would like to place an order from out of the USA, and do not see your country listed, please contact us. We do not currently ship to most parts of the Middle East or Asia because deliveries have been problematic (e.g. packages not reaching their destinations). All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail which comes with tracking. Orders to Canada and Europe are shipped 1st class international mail (does not come with tracking).

I am in my twenties. Am I too young to use your products?

Absolutely not! While our products have wonderful anti-aging benefits, it is never too early to start using products that can help minimize the signs of aging even while you are still young. Some people even as young as 25 start to show some fine lines or wrinkles and or dark spots or hyperpigmentation.

This unique all natural fragrance free super fruit facial oil was meticulously crafted to leave your skin brighter and supple while offering maximum hydration. We have carefully chosen a combination of oils which are great for all skin types and absorb quickly. Plus we went further and included a unique complex to maximize absorbency leaving a supple silky feel. If you have used facial oils and have found them to be too oily for your skin and difficult to penetrate, then you might fall in love with this product (absorbs within minutes). Our super fruit complex will help brighten your skin with mild fruit acids from bilberry leaf extract, sugar cane extract, orange fruit extract, lemon fruit extract and sugar maple extract. This exquisite combination of fruits and oils will leave your skin super soft, dewy and glowing. This product is pH balanced at 5.5 and was not designed to exfoliate (please see our Supernal Exfoliating Gel Mask & Scrub to gently but effectively exfoliate).

Hemisqualane (C13-15 Alkane) - a light oil derived from the fermentation of sugar cane which will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth without a greasy after feel. Hemisqualane is a wonderful alternative to silicones and petroleum based paraffins. It is often referred to as "squalane light." It is Ecocert approved and NPA certified (The Natural Seal)

Prickly Pear - one of the most coveted oils in the skin care market today! This luxurious and precious oil comes from the prickly pear cactus and is both a fruit and a veggie. It can be found in the US as well as Morocco, South America, Mexico and Africa. Super rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals (contains significantly more vitamin E than argan oil), essential fatty acids and phytosterols (helps bind water to skin). Helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, brightens and evens out skin tone while providing super hydration

Elderberry Fruit Extract - considered a super fruit, Elderberry is a powerful antioxidant rich in phytonutrients as well as bioflavoinoids. It has beneficial anti-aging properties and is great for all skin types, especially sensitive. It also contains anti-microbial properties and is considered a "natural" preservative. While products that do not contain water do not need to be preserved, we took it a step further and included elderberry just to give it that extra protection!

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride - contains both caprylic acid and capric acid which are medium chain triglycerides. While actually an ester, and not a true oil, this quickly penetrating ingredient (s) will leave your skin feeling silky and hydrated. It helps provide a barrier on your skin's surface while helping to minimize dryness. It is highly stable and very resistant to oxidation.

DIRECTIONS: After cleansing apply between 1-2 drops on face & neck (damp skin is best). You may warm up oil between fingers if desired and pat into skin. Start with a smaller amount and if needed add another drop or so. This is a great stand alone product for superior hydration and skin brightening. Depending on your skin type, use once or 2X per day. Drier skin types may benefit from applying our facial oil and then layering with our Know Thyself Facial Cream. Also works well with any other product of your choosing.

This oil. Y’all just don’t even know! It is the PERFECT oil for someone who has oily and acne prone skin like me! It also acts as the perfect primer, making my makeup seamless and airbrushed looking. This amazing oil! So weightless on the skin and brightens skin tone wonderfully! This oil can also be used as a primer and foundation lays down perfectly over top! This unique blend is amazing and well worth the price point!

Best oil for skin care/clearing acne/reducing redness

This is beauty in a bottle. I've been using this oil as a makeup primer, as well as a staple step in my skincare routine. The smell isn't perfumey, it has a slight fruity smell. The texture of the oil is smooth, and when I tell you I've never used an oil that absorbed as quickly, I mean it. You don't have s greasy residue leftover like some oils are formulated. It's a lightweight glow that's noticeable without makeup, but then with makeup, really helps hold everything down. If you're someone who has dry skin, I definitely recommend you try using it as a primer because it will give you face the needed hydration to have your skin looking flawless all day. The component is really nice and you don't need much when you apply it because a little goes a long way! I'm planning on doing a live application and review on video very soon!

My main issues with my skin on my face is redness and acne on my chin. I used this and being afraid of oils since my skin is combination, I was worried I'd break out. The result? THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. The acne had dried up and the redness around the area had alleviated. My skin is uneven on my nose and cheeks; this assisted in helping ease that as well. My overall complexion was more even and had improved greatly. I was so impressed, I wanted to take a bath in it! Another issue I have is the space between my eyebrows gets incredibly dry and under makeup, has a tendency to look crusty. I'll exfoliate and then use this after and it hydrates the area and it feels and looks so much smoother than before I apply it.

I truly feel as though this oil is formulated to fit a variety of skin types and textures. I think no matter who you are, you'll fall in love with it. Not only is it great for skincare/primer, it's also great for using on the ends of your hair for added moisture. I wouldn't have even thought to do that until my friend Danielle has said did it! It's a multi-use oil with properties in it that will nourish and maintain your skin. This oil was definitely a huge step for my skincare routine, as I didn't really have one in place to begin with, but this is the perfect step needed to make my skin look beautiful all day. I recommend you give it a try! And, the site offers Sezzle, similar to AfterPay with increment payments, so the products are affordable!
